1. Manufacturer: not all forklifts are created equal, both in terms of functionalities and price. So, choose a reputable manufacturer and compare the forklift functionalities before making your purchase.

3. Carrying Capacity: choosing a forklift with the highest capacity may not be the right decision to make. The higher the capacity of the forklift is often reflected in a higher price.
